How do I prepare for the pickup of my laundry?
Simply prepare your garments, and our driver will arrive with laundry bag for you to place your clothes in.

You don't need to be at home, it's fine to leave the laundry outside the door or at the reception.
Yes, the minimum charge limit is 50 AED
Yes, you can choose the day and time for pick-up/drop-off at the checkout.
We offer pickup services from 10 AM to 10 PM, and you can select a one-hour time range for your convenience.
The delivery time is 48 hours. However, you can receive your laundry within 24 hours for an additional fee of 50%.
No, we do not charge any transportation fee.
Your clothes are washed separately from other customer's laundry.
We aim to make laundry booking simple and hassle-free. You do not need to create an account to use our service. However, if you choose to create an account, it will make booking even easier for your future requests.
